Tutorial- Coloring and Text

Text is next!
1. Type your text in the areas you want your speech bubbles to appear in. These layers should be at the very top.

2.Create a new layer above the line art layer. Name it Bubbles
3.Double click on the Bubbles layer and it should bring up the Layer Style Menu. Select Stroke and change the color to black. Click Ok.

4. Now make sure the foreground color is white and select the Ellispe Tool. This should have Fill Pixels option selected.
5.Now begin to make circles underneath the text.

6.To make the arrows, use the Polygonal Lasso Tool. Then use the fill tool to color them white.

Now resize the image 50% and Save to Web! All done.
